RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To ensure the best interests of both our customers and Amanda Floral, we have established the following return and refund policy.
If any unexpected issues arise after an order has been placed — such as a customer requesting to cancel the order for personal reasons or wishing to change the product design — Amanda Floral will do its best to accommodate the customer, especially in cases affected by external factors beyond their control.
For perishable items such as flower baskets and arrangements, Amanda Floral has set out the following policies to protect the interests of both parties. We kindly ask customers to follow these policies to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
1. Order Cancellation

Our working hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Complaints or requests will only be handled during these hours. Issues reported outside of working hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Customers wishing to cancel their order must do so before 12:00 PM on the day the order was placed.
For cancellations made after this time, the customer is required to pay 100% of the order value.
2. Order Modification
If the recipient or customer wishes to change the product for a different design or purpose, Amanda Floral will allow the order to be modified as follows:

Customers must notify Amanda Floral at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time stated in the order form. If the product has not yet been designed, we will allow changes without any additional charge.

If the notification is made too late and the product has already been designed, Amanda Floral regrets that we will be unable to modify the order. Customers are still required to pay 100% of the order value.

For orders eligible for modification:

If the new product has a lower value than the original, no refund will be given for the difference.

If the new product has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference and a modification fee. Production and delivery will proceed only after full payment has been received.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
In case of any issue, Amanda Floral will first contact the customer for consultation. However, due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers (which can only be kept fresh for 5–7 hours), the order will be considered fulfilled and non-refundable under the following circumstances:

The recipient refuses to accept the flowers

The bereaved family refuses funeral flowers

The customer cancels the order more than 4 hours after placing it

Incorrect address or phone number is provided, and we cannot contact anyone within 6 hours

Delivery is prohibited at the specified location — we may deliver to an alternative address (additional fees may apply)

The recipient is not present at the time of delivery — flowers may be received by someone else or delivered to a nearby address (additional fees may apply)

The recipient is temporarily unable to receive flowers — they may be handed to someone else upon request
