HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You can easily order flowers through the following channels: call our hotline, chat via Zalo, message us on Facebook, use the live chat in the bottom-right corner of the screen, or place your order online by following these steps:
Step 1: Find Your Flower Arrangement
Visit the Amanda Floral website and browse flowers by theme or arrangement style (bouquets, baskets, stands, etc.).
You can also search by product code using the search icon on the menu bar.
Select the product you wish to purchase and click on its image or name to view the product details page.

Step 2: Add to Cart
Choose your desired product and quantity, then click “ADD TO CART.”

To continue shopping, click “CONTINUE SHOPPING.”

If you’re ready to check out, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”
You can view and edit your cart anytime by clicking the cart icon. Remove an item by clicking the “x” next to its name.
Step 3: Complete Your Order
Fill out all required order information, including name, phone number, and delivery address.
If you are sending flowers to someone else, check the “Deliver to a Different Address” box and enter the recipient’s details.
You may also leave special notes, such as requests to substitute flowers or customize the message card.
Step 4: Payment
Choose your preferred payment method:

Bank Transfer / ATM: Payment details will be sent to your email.

Visa / MasterCard / PayPal: For international cards or PayPal accounts.

Momo QR Code: Convenient mobile wallet payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay upon delivery (conditions may apply).
