Welcome to Amanda Floral. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods offered at checkout.

Delivery Terms

We offer same-day delivery 7 days a week for orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time. Delivery is free in Sugar Land and Memorial; fees for other areas are calculated by ZIP code at checkout. Every fresh arrangement is photographed and sent to you before it leaves our studio. Please review our Delivery Policy for full details.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Event and wedding orders are subject to the terms of your signed proposal.

Refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable and cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us — we stand behind our Satisfaction Guarantee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
