SHIPPING FEES

For orders worth over VND 500,000 for basket flowers and over VND 800,000 for standing flower arrangements with delivery addresses in the inner city areas of any city nationwide, we offer free delivery to the recipient’s address (excluding any additional costs incurred upon the buyer’s request).

For orders worth under VND 500,000 or those delivered to suburban areas, a delivery fee will be charged based on the order value and delivery distance.

Delivery fees range from VND 50,000 – VND 200,000, depending on the delivery distance (for reference: approximately VND 100,000 for 10 km, VND 200,000 for 20 km).

DELIVERY TIME

Amanda Floral is committed to providing the fastest and most accurate delivery times to best meet the diverse needs of our customers.

• Express Delivery: We offer same-day express delivery within 1 hour for inner-city addresses nationwide. Please contact our hotline for urgent orders.

• Scheduled Delivery: We can deliver at a specific time agreed upon with customers, available nationwide.

Delivery Unavailable:

• Lunar New Year’s Day (1st day of the Lunar New Year)

• Between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM the next day

• Restricted areas such as military zones, hazardous areas, war zones, disaster-stricken areas, airport/railway station quarantine zones

CASES WHERE ON-TIME DELIVERY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED

• Public holidays such as Valentine’s Day (14/02), Women’s Day (08/03), Vietnamese Women’s Day (20/10), Teachers’ Day (20/11), etc.
  Note: Flower prices may vary on these dates depending on market conditions.

• Incorrect or incomplete address or phone number provided by the customer, preventing our staff from contacting the recipient

• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, severe weather, etc.)

DELIVERY COVERAGE

Amanda Floral delivers to all 63 provinces and cities across Vietnam without geographical restrictions.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

We will always contact you for confirmation before making a final decision. However, given the perishable nature of fresh flowers (which can only be kept fresh for 5–7 hours), the order will be considered completed and non-refundable in the following cases:

• The recipient refuses to accept the flowers

• The bereaved family refuses funeral flowers

• The customer cancels the order after 4 hours of placement

• Incorrect address or phone number is provided, and we cannot contact anyone within 6 hours

• Delivery is prohibited at the given address — we may deliver to an alternate address (additional fees may apply)

• The recipient is not present at the delivery time — flowers may be received by someone else or delivered to an alternative address (additional fees may apply)

• The recipient is temporarily unable to receive flowers — flowers may be handed to someone else upon request
